John Boyega Would Like Early Critics of 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' to 'Get Used to It'
As with any piece of pop culture that exists in 2014, every one and their mom has an opinion about the first trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The thing is though...the trailer's breakout star John Boyega has a message for all the haters, "Get used to it."
Just two days after it hit the web, the 88-second teaser trailer has gotten fan boys talking, news outlets re-releasing their reviews of the older films and haters doing what they do best. There has apparently also been slightly racist chatter in regards to Boyega, who happens to be black, appearing as a stormtrooper for all of a split second.
Well, the Attack the Block star has some words of wisdom for anyone lucky enough to follow him on Instagram.
You've got to love a sarcastic smiley emoji to really get the point across.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens blasts into theaters on December 18th, 2015 and stars Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford.
