Owen said even before this season that he expected Arsenal to finish fifth, and while they are performing slowly in thePremier League, his tip of Liverpool to land up in front of them is not looking so smart.

The former England striker admits he even has four players from the Gunners in his fantasy football team, which again shows he may rate them that little bit more than even he previously liked to admit.

Arsenal now sit two points behind Dortmund, and can finish top of their group by beating Galatasaray, should the Germans also lose to Anderlecht.
